Email may be delayed in being processed. Situation is being monitored.

05/04/03 1300 UTC Website is being moved from phpwebhosting.com to
onsmart.net due to ongoing disk space problems and MySQL corruption.
Any sent emails will be captured but may not show up for 48 hours 
once DNS redelegation begins.

The robot is back online.

Robot tempoarily disabled while problem resolved.
No messages should be lost.
